Consolidate duplicate originals whose copies carry different edits, by turning each extra edit into a virtual copy on the survivor.

Why

The duplicates review shipped in v0.16.0 (#67) skips any group whose copies have different develop edits, listing it as "Different edits, kept for virtual copies". Folding those groups needs somewhere to put the second edit, and that place is a virtual copy (#11).

Deliverable

When a group's copies carry more than one distinct edit, consolidation keeps the survivor's edit as the default version and writes each other distinct edit as a named virtual copy of the survivor (named after the copy's folder or file). Then it proceeds as for any other group: merge the catalog state, move the extras to trash.

Acceptance

a group with N distinct edits consolidates into one file with N versions, and no edit is lost
the review shows which edits become which virtual copies before anything moves
restoring the trashed copies after consolidation does not duplicate the virtual copies
