A local `scripts/build-arch.sh` run leaves a vendored cargo cache
(`.cargo-arch/`), a makepkg workdir (`packaging/arch/pkg/`, `src/`) and the
built package in the tree — tens of thousands of untracked files that bury real
changes in `git status`.
