    Security patch release. Nothing in JellyTau itself changed.

    Security:

    • rustls updated 0.23.35 -> 0.23.45 for RUSTSEC-2026-0285 (TLS 1.3
      handshake messages accepted across encryption level boundaries; same
      fault as Go's CVE-2025-61730). Every release from v0.0.1 through
      v0.12.0 carried the affected version.
