Record what 0.20.0 closes and leaves open in FR-DEV-3e
The DCP half that outstanding.md listed as deferred is built (D20). What stays open is the profiles directory, which does not sync, and the profile tone curve and baseline exposure, which are read and not applied — and which camera-profiles.md §1 measured as where the rest of the gap to Lightroom's colour is.
